Honda Civic Tour 2008

Honda Civic Tour 2008 was pretty much AMAZING

It was like.......a million times better than Honda Civic Tour 2007 (partially cuz we didn't get rained on this year)

When we were walking to Constitution Hall, the leading singer of Phantom Planet walked right by me and I didn't realize it was him until they started playing later.

When we got there, there was like.......no line at all, even though it was two hours till doors opened.

We saw Zach rounding up meet and greet winners, so I went to where he was telling us to go.

We went into the hall of the arena and Zach explained the rules (apparently we couldn't do anything that he would consider "creepy")

So we went down these stairs and across the room was PANIC AT THE DISCO. Of course, they were behind a table, but that's not the point.

The first time through we just walked by, had them sign something, and went into the line again. (I almost tripped infront of Spencer and Jon.......)

The second time we had to give Zach our camera and he'd take the picture of us and the four guys. I felt short.

I went back outside after my picture and could not stop smiling. oh my jesus

They let us in at 6:00. I went to go buy shirts and stuff, but they were REALLY unorganized, so it took FOREVER

When I went to my seat, I found out we weren't allowed to take pictured. That pretty much bummed me out. But then I was like "SCREW IT" and started taking pictures because everyone else was.

Around 6:30 this band called Black Gold came on. I didn't know they were gonna be there, and for like the first half of their set, I thought they were Phantom Planet. Brendon came out and sang with them for a few seconds.

But a lot of people missed it because they were out in the hall......

Then Phantom Planet came on. I tried to get a lot of pictures of them, but most of the lights on the stage weren't on.
I almost got a picture with one of them, but he said that whoever wanted a picture could follow him to the merch table, and I didn't feel like waiting.

Then The Hush Sound came on. They played a lot of songs from their new album. I tried to get a bunch of pictures of them, but again, most of the stage lights weren't on.

When they played "Don't Wake Me Up" everyone expected Brendon to come out and sing Patrick's part, but he didn't.
Everyone seemed pissed. (probably cuz they didn't know he'd come out to sing with Black Gold)

When they were done, my dad texted me and was like "that girl can't sing at all)

Motion City Soundtrack was on after The Hush Sound. Their set was really long.  I got a bunch of pictures of them.
Their lead singer scares me.........

I swear they made the set change between Motion City Soundtrack and Panic at the Disco ridiculously long on purpose. basturds.

Then FINALLY Panic at the Disco came on. I was like YAY! I got a bunch of pictures of them (though most are smudgey)

I had to change the memory card and the batteries at least three times throughout the entire show.

While they were playing "Mad As Rabbits" my last set of batteries died. But it was ok because it was their last song.

I got some pretty amazing videos too.

I might put them up. Maybe

So, overall, you should've been there

:D
